DigiWomen: Promoting female talent in tech
DigiWomen highlights the contribution of women in the technology sector. Through inspiring conferences in TED Talk format, this initiative gives them a platform to share their experiences, challenges and successes.
We had the pleasure of hosting their latest event, on February 19, 2025, at our premises. This evening of exchanges and networking, dedicated to women in tech and their allies, was an opportunity to meet experts and discover inspiring career paths.
Three main themes guided this meeting:
- Highlight the contribution of diverse women in the technology industry.
- Raise awareness of the importance of inclusion and representation.
- Provide a forum for exchange and networking for industry professionals.
As a partner, we help amplify these voices and inspire the next generation of female talent.
J’ose la tech: training tomorrow’s innovators
As a partner, we help amplify these voices and inspire the next generation of female talent.
Our commitment also extends to young people with J’ose la tech, a pilot program deployed in a Laval school. It introduces students, particularly from diverse backgrounds, to emerging technologies through robotics and artificial intelligence workshops.
Over five to six sessions, participants develop their own AI agent around themes of their choice. The three most promising teams will then receive additional support to bring their projects to fruition.
At the same time, we are working with teachers to integrate this program into the school curriculum on a long-term basis.

By devoting time and resources to these initiatives, Nexus Innovations reaffirms its commitment to a more inclusive and accessible technology sector.
