8 years of Nexus Innovations: where tech meets people (and a bit of fun)

Eight years ago, we set out with a simple (and slightly crazy) idea: help organizations work better by creating digital solutions that actually make a difference. Not just pretty interfaces or flashy tools. No. Useful tools. Smart ones. And most of all, designed for the real people behind the keyboards.

Today, Nexus Innovations is blowing out 8 candles. And since we’re not exactly fans of boring corporate vibes, we went with a Casino theme to celebrate: a little glam, a lot of good vibes!

But beyond the glitter, this anniversary is a great opportunity to share what’s been driving us since 2016.

A culture of our own (and proudly so)

At Nexus, we like to say we take our work seriously… just not ourselves. Our culture is a joyful mix of rigor, freedom, creativity… and (mostly good) jokes.

Honestly, you’ll often hear lines like “I work at Nexus, of course…” followed by wildly accurate truths about our daily lives. We even made a video about it, because that’s part of who we are: being good at what we do — with a smile.

And that’s just the beginning:

Projects that actually matter

For 8 years, we’ve been helping SMEs with their digital transformation. What do we actually do? Custom development, CRMs, intranets, Microsoft 365 and Business Central integration. But most importantly, we do it all with people at the center.

We don’t just push tech. We co-create solutions with our clients, hand in hand. We want what we deliver to be adopted, used, loved. Otherwise — what’s the point?

We act as partners, not suppliers. And that’s why our clients trust us: they know we’re here to help them move forward — not just drop off a project and vanish into a support ticket.

An ambition that goes beyond projects

What drives us is also the impact we can have beyond our deliverables. Internally, by creating a positive, human-centered work environment. Externally, by supporting causes that matter: we proudly support Digiwoman, we uplift women in tech, and we genuinely believe that diversity = strength.

What’s next? We want to keep growing, sure. But not just for growth’s sake. We want to stay true to what makes us different. To keep nurturing our team spirit. To deepen our expertise. And to innovate with heart.
