MEDIAL Services-Conseils-SST, a company specializing in occupational health and safety, collaborated with Nexus Innovations to develop an innovative web application, Lézio, for managing and tracking employment injury files (CNESST). The aim of this project was to replace an outdated existing application with a modern, efficient solution.
Context and challenges
MEDIAL already had a file management application, but it was obsolete and no longer met current needs. The challenge was to develop a new, intuitive and fast application, capable of managing complex business processes and replacing a solution that had been in use for over 15 years. The project’s success was confirmed when users were able to use the new application intuitively, and improve their productivity thanks to the system’s speed and integrated automations.
Solution
Nexus Innovations developed an ultra-fast web application, accessible without VPN and using modern technologies such as Azure and React. The solution enables more files to be managed simultaneously, thanks to features focused on automation and minimized data entry. A system of notifications and automatic tasks ensures that nothing is forgotten in this time-sensitive field.
Impact on the organization and its people
To facilitate the adoption of the new solution, the project team set up ongoing actions and training, constantly validating the compliance of functionalities with MEDIAL consultants. The team’s presence and availability during the go-live were also crucial. The solution’s impact on the organization has been significant, with a marked improvement in productivity and better file management thanks to a platform connected to the organization’s other tools.
