That’s why we are particularly proud to announce our new partnership with Technovation Montreal, a leading organization in Quebec that supports girls aged 8 to 18 in creating high-impact technological solutions.
Technovation Montreal: training the next generation, one young woman at a time
Technovation Montreal is part of the international Technovation Girls movement, which is present in over 100 countries. Their mission is simple and ambitious:
to give girls the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to become the tech leaders of tomorrow.
Each year, the organization offers several educational programs focused on hands-on learning, curiosity, and empowerment. Among the main ones are:
1. Technovation Girls
A flagship program where participants:
- Identify a real issue in their community,
- Design a mobile app or technological solution,
- Learn the basics of coding, UX, AI, and modeling,
- Develop a business plan,
- Present their project to a jury.
This program has enabled thousands of young people to develop their critical thinking, creativity, and confidence – essential skills for success in tech.
2. Code avec moi – IA
An introductory program to artificial intelligence that demystifies this technology while promoting its ethical and responsible use. Young people learn:
- how AI works,
- how to train a model,
- how to use AI to solve a social or environmental problem.
It is within the framework of this program that several joint communications with Nexus are planned for 2026.
3. Workshops, mentoring, and creative challenges
Throughout the year, Technovation Montreal organizes:
- hands-on workshops in coding, design, and robotics,
- mentoring sessions with industry professionals,
- and community events to celebrate youth creativity.
These learning spaces are designed to be accessible, human, and stimulating – in short, exactly what we love to encourage.
