Your role :

Team management:

  • Conduct regular follow-ups with team members (1:1; follow-up of their objectives, career plan) and provide ongoing feedback
  • Perform positioning and salary review exercises for team members
  • Manage underperformance files and take action on issues raised, in collaboration with the Talent & Culture team
  • Monitor and analyze team engagement and respond to office vibe feedback
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, both process and technical
  • Support team members in continuous improvement and problem solving.

Development

  • Participate in Front, Backend and DevOps development
  • Test and deploy your solution according to best practices
  • Participate in solution design and architecture

Role-specific responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the team’s delivery capacity and feature development (75% of time)
  • Be responsible for a team of 6-7 developers
  • Take part in discussions on operational issues

  • Frontend : React, Vue, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, SCSS 
  • Infrastructure: Azure 
  • DevOps: Bicep, CI/CD (YAML), Docker 
  • Database: SQL Server 
  • Tools: Visual Studio, VS Code, Git, SonarCloud 
  • Project management: Azure DevOps, Scrum 

Profile:

  • 5+ years’ experience in C# development
  • Experience in team management and coaching
  • Experience in conflict management
  • Experience in an Agile environment

Salary offered :

Between $90,000 and $135,000 per year, depending on your level.
