PROFILE SOUGHT:   

Our Business Solutions team focuses exclusively on Microsoft enterprise solutions. Since its creation, the team has been growing rapidly and is now looking for a Dynamics CRM Expert to complement its expertise.  

We’re looking for a consultant who has a thorough understanding of the customer relationship management system, and how a CRM project fits in with an organization’s operational systems (ERP). A good knowledge of the Customer Service and Sales modules is mandatory, and certification is an asset (MB-910).

YOUR DAY TO DAY :  

Above all, you’ll be working with a dynamic, growing team on the D365 and BC CRM solutions.

BUSINESS ANALYST & CUSTOMER CONSULTANT

  • Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements;  
  • Select, propose and lead relevant workshops to scaffold a project;  
  • Participate in the elaboration of a project/product roadmap (help the customer prioritize and plan his/her technological transformation);  
  • Contribute to the project/product backlog.  
  • Explain a technological issue, defend a difficult decision, convince to adopt a choice, etc. 

SOLUTION DELIVERY 

  • Participate in solution configuration
  • Deliver quality solutions that meet defined business objectives.  
  • Ensure that initially established delivery quality standards are met. 
  • Adapt solutions to changing, evolving and/or emerging customer needs. 

  
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT   

  • Act as technical expert at meetings and inspire confidence;  
  • Contribute to the development of service proposals / calls for tender;  
  • Participate in estimating solutions to be proposed 
  • Assist the business development team with the marketing strategy for the practice;  
  • Identify business opportunities with existing partners.  

YOUR KNOWLEDGE:   

  • Solution: CRM Dynamics 365
  • Good command of modules: Customer Service and Sales
  • Good command of Model Driven App
  • Good knowledge of modules: Marketing and Customer insight (Atout)
  • Knowledge of ERP Business Central and Power Platform ( Asset)
  • MB-910 certification (asset)
  • Bilingual

SALARY OFFERED :  

Between $100,000 and $138,000 per year, depending on your level.
