We are currently seeking a Project Delivery Director for a 1-year term whose goal will be to ensure the success, profitability, and health of teams with expertise in M365 and D365.

The role :

You will oversee Microsoft solution implementation teams and act as a manager.
Here’s an overview of the “Human Management” aspect:

  • Regularly follow up with team members (Project Managers, Consultants, Functional Experts) and provide continuous feedback;
  • Coordinate the positioning exercise for team members;
  • Manage the annual salary review process;
  • Ensure people are aligned with the organization’s goals and values;
  • Support change management, conflict resolution, and underperformance management;
  • Analyze engagement rate data via our anonymous survey tool;
  • Take action on issues raised by your teams.

You will also be responsible for the success and performance of teams:

  • Build agile and high-performing multidisciplinary teams;
  • Provide assistance in problem-solving within teams;
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards within your group;
  • Ensure the delivery of SOWs (Statements of Work) within budgets;
  • Rigorously monitor project progress, quality, and profitability;
  • Encourage transparency, retrospection, and adaptation;
  • Provide support to internal teams for their continuous improvement;
  • Track KPIs for your teams.

Part of your role will involve coordinating project assignments for your teams:

  • Involve all stakeholders to ensure consensus;
  • Collaborate with other project delivery managers to ensure smooth transitions and changes in projects;
  • Optimize project occupancy rates and workload among your colleagues on inter-mandate assignments.

Lastly, there will be a client management aspect to your role:

  • Review and approve proposals sent to clients;
  • Participate in cost estimation evaluations for projects;
  • Ensure that Project Managers collaborate with the sales team and technical teams to build strong client offerings;
  • Participate in project steering and governance meetings;
  • Support Project Managers in managing their issues with the team or clients;
  • Make necessary changes to mitigate issues within delivery teams;
  • Identify opportunities for new projects or expansion of ongoing projects.

Profile sought:

  • Is comfortable with client relationships in a consulting services environment;
  • Understands the agile mindset;
  • Is bilingual (proficiency in French and English is necessary to support all our clients).

Contract dates:

  • July 2024 to August 2025
