Your role:
As a Business Central functional expert, you will support our customers in their digital transformation by advising them and implementing D365 technological solutions, adapted to their business reality.
You’ll be involved in configuring and implementing the various Business Central modules to meet customer needs. You’ll need to collaborate with technical teams (internal/external) to ensure quality integration. It will also be important for you to provide customer support through test scenarios and solution documentation. Then, your involvement will be required in the pre-sales process to help us evaluate efforts and prepare our service offers.
To fulfil this role, you need to be able to translate each customer’s needs and particularities into functional requirements.
Finally, in addition to working on one or more projects, Nexus provides support to its customers for solutions already delivered. You’ll be called upon to provide support
Frequent changes of context remain a reality for this role.
Your profile:
We’re looking for a self-starter who understands the customer’s requirements to configure the platform or do custom development as needed.
You should have several years’ experience with Business Central or NAV. Enough to enable you to identify our customers’ business needs, their business processes (finance, distribution, etc.) and understand how the application works.
What’s more, you need to have an eye for detail and quality. Documenting and testing deliverables will be part of your responsibilities.
Finally, since you’ll be working with a variety of customers, with different business areas, you need to be used to collaborating directly with them, in addition to being bilingual, to work well with them all.

- Certifications: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant (assets)
