We are currently seeking a Project Manager for ERP who will support the business solutions teams (Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365) and our client-partners with a consultancy approach. The project manager’s priority is to maximize the business value delivered to clients and effectively communicate the vision, business objectives, and project scope to their team.

The role :

The 3 most important aspects of the role:

  • Project Management: Ensure the success of delivering multiple projects of varying scales by planning, monitoring progress, and engaging the team around project objectives.
  • Consultancy Services: Guide clients in decision-making regarding risks, stakeholders, quality, schedule, and budget. Provide visibility and transparency on project progress.
  • Budget Management: Prepare project statuses, anticipate and present change requests to clients, monitor budgets, and ensure project profitability.

Other common tasks:

  • Contribute to workload prioritization with consulting experts.
  • Manage the product backlog: build and maintain it in collaboration with team members.
  • Organize and facilitate client meetings: workshops, project updates, executive meetings, etc.
  • Participate in billing, time sheet validation, and progress tracking.
  • Understand client needs while having an overview of team initiatives to ensure partnership continuity and identify new business opportunities.
  • Participate in project assignments, in collaboration with the project delivery director.
  • Participate in drafting and preparing responses to requests for proposals. Coordinate and facilitate estimation sessions with team members.

Desired Profile:

  • IT Project Manager (minimum 5 years of experience)
  • Proficient in ERP software (required)
  • Proficient in Business Central (an asset)
  • Experience working with external clients
  • Proficiency in budget management and client billing
  • Understanding of interactions between different software and applications (Power Apps, APIs, etc.)
  • Bilingual (written and spoken, as we have English-speaking clients)

Offered Salary : 

  • Between $107k and $123k per year.
  • Please note that this salary range corresponds to a senior profile actively contributing.
