Profile Required:
We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join us.
Business Development
- Actively identify untapped accounts and opportunities to win new business, with a primary focus on relevant business areas identified by the company.
- Implement strategies and campaigns to generate opportunities with identified clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing projects by analyzing opportunities for new projects or subsequent or complementary phases.
- Review market trends and competitive data to inform and refine business development strategies.
- Structuring customer prospecting practices in our tools to ensure visibility and collaboration with teams.
Client Proposals
- Prepare and present proposals to clients
- Contribute to the development of proposal responses, incorporating accurate and detailed cost estimates from delivery teams.
- Present to customers to ensure mutual understanding of project objectives and business needs
- Lead negotiations and ensure signature of SOWs
- Ensure clear transition with APM/DLP to fully understand commitments made to customers.
Business Relationships
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and industry players, as well as our partners.
- Act as a dedicated advocate for customers’ business objectives and the ROI of Nexus projects.
- Take an active role in industry conferences and events, with a particular focus on identifying relevant emerging opportunities.
- Identify and contact potential prospects to initiate new account relationships.
- Develop and execute prospecting campaigns in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Ensure smooth transition of information between DLP, APM and other stakeholders during project launches.
- Stay abreast of approaches/technologies in Nexus’ areas of expertise to properly support an organization in its customer journey.
