With the development of the Cash Flow Ticket Manager (CFTM) application, Addenda Capital aimed to enhance customer service quality by collecting and centralizing all information regarding fund movement requests from clients and their custodians into a single system.

- Is composed of one application per process, all linked to a common database.
- Allows customization by the user according to their own needs.
- Allows reports to be configured by the administrator or by the user in Word or Excel.
- Offers simple configuration of forms, views, dashboards, business processes with conditional branches, conditional field behaviors, search automations and indexing.

When it comes to integrating the solution with external systems, Nexus has proposed various options, including the use of Azure resources (Azure Functions), custom Power Automates and Dataflows.
